Development and operation of the mobile app Barnaby (GPS recording of dog walks, community features, statistics) and operation of the website barnaby.at with information and editorial guides about dogs and dog walks. The app and the website are provided free of charge, without advertising and without any intention to make a profit.
4. Disclosure pursuant to § 25 of the Austrian Media Act (MedienG)
Media owner: Felix Klieber, Vienna (Austria).
The media owner is a natural person; no third parties hold any interest in the media owner.
5. Editorial policy (grundlegende Richtung)
The website barnaby.at and the Barnaby app provide information about the app and its features and offer editorial guides about dogs, dog health and shared walks. They serve to inform about the app and to provide editorial content on dog-related topics; no commercial purpose is pursued.

7. Dispute resolution
The operator is neither obliged nor willing to participate in alternative dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer dispute resolution body (alternative dispute resolution entity).
In the event of a dispute, we will inform you, in accordance with § 19 (3) of the Austrian Alternative Dispute Resolution Act (AStG), about the competent dispute resolution body (e.g. Internet Ombudsstelle, ombudsstelle.at).
